Sweat It Out with Mel is a bootcamp experience designed to help you move with intention, build strength, and stay consistent — all in a supportive, high-energy group setting.
With sessions running Monday to Friday at 530 PM MT, but if you can't make the lives? No problem! Playbacks are available for the whole month!
Each class blends strength, endurance, and functional movement, led by Mel with expert guidance and real-time motivation. No two classes are the same! Come as you are — no perfection needed, just your commitment to show up and sweat it out.
