6 week transformation!! This beautiful client of mines transformation is a perfect example of why you need to ignore that MF scale!!
Look at the changes in her photos, AMAZING!! Now what if I told you it’s only a 1 lb difference - crazy, right?!
That is why you need to ignore the scale & trust the process!

Kelly is gaining her strength & endurance back after baby. We have been working on strengthening her pelvic floor muscles back as well as her overall strength.
Kelly follows a custom meal plan designed specifically for her (she is actually eating MORE food now and losing inches AND weight) as we have increased her metabolism and muscle mass = more caloric intake , and following a custom workout plan made for her/ her body and goals and is now lifting heavier and heavier each week.

In 2014 she had a spontaneous coronary artery dissection, has been on medications for over 10 years (blood pressure medication, Sleep Apnea (CPAP machine), & in 2021 reached her heaviest at 330lbs! In May of 2023 she decided to reach out to me and as of May 2024 she is now off her CPAP machine entirely and no longer on blood pressure meds!!! AAANNNDD stepped on stage today in her very first competition at 173 Lbs!!! (that is a total loss of 157 lbs down!!!) #NEWYOU

This client has achieved these results all from the comfort of her own home. We focused on pelvic floor exercises after baby was born to make sure we were properly strengthening / tightening everything back up properly (she is a c-section mama too), and then focused on at home strength workouts ( online bootcamps). Started out lighter weights focusing on proper mind - muscle connection, and she is now comfortably lifting her max again!

We have really been focusing on strengthening her metabolism and changing her body composition and I think it’s safe to say she has accomplished just that!! She first focused on a custom built meal plan I designed for her and then got comfortable/ confident to switch to designated macros (more flexibility with food) and is absolutely crushing it. She is very busy so focuses primarily on food to achieve these results and fits in workouts when/if possible. She is a perfect example of food = 75% + of results!
